I’ve been at Divesoft since the beginning of time. I used to get involved in everything, but over the years I’ve learned to step back gracefully. My days always start the same way: coffee. A lot of coffee. I have several projects in progress, always trying not to start too many new ones.

I approach my work with calm precision. People often recognize me by my phrase: “That’s too much.” Small moments like a cup of coffee with Aleš always lift my mood during the day. And when I need a moment of comfort during the day, I hide in Aleš’s huge red leather armchair - the therapeutic chair.

A long workday ends with cuddling our tomcat, Macíček. A calm evening at home with Macíček on my lap recharges me and gives me the energy to plan my next adventures.

My favorite seasons are autumn and winter, rain, snow, and no heat and when it comes to vacations, Iceland is my top pick: it has absolutely everything.

If I were a sea creature, I’d be an orca. And if Divesoft were one, it would be an octopus.

As for the tough choices, like deep water or Monday mornings, I love both and simply can’t choose.
